1:25 am Officer Linda Higgins arrested Kyle D. Mackenzie, 27, of Ivy Lane, Milford, on South Street and charged him with Marked Lanes Violation and OUI Liquor.

1:26 am Sgt. John Porter arrested Paul J. Nelson, 57, of Woodside Road, Harvard, on East Main Street and charged him with Marked Lanes Violation and OUI Liquor, 2nd Offense.

12:54 am Sgt. John Porter arrested John M. Leteria, 21, of Jackson Street, Hopkinton, on Wood Street and charged him with Marked Lanes Violation, Negligent Operation of a Motor Vehicle and OUI Liquor.

Sunday, November 18, 2012

10:17 pm A 911 caller reported that a man was in the woods on Lumber Street and ran away when noticed. Two officers checked the area with a negative find on anything suspicious.

8:23 pm There were multiple 911 calls for a possible chimney fire on Hayden Rowe Street. Two officers responded and assisted the Fire Department.

8:12 pm Sgt. Michael Sutton responded to a motor vehicle accident without personal injury on West Main Street.

1:50 pm A walk-in reported a brush fire on 495. The Fire Department was notified and responded.

1:12 pm A walk-in from Downey Street spoke with Officer Stephen Buckley regarding theft of some car tires.

12:59 am Officer Linda Higgins stopped a motor vehicle on South Street and subsequently arrested a 27 year old male from Milford and charged him with Marked Lanes Violation and OUI Liquor.

12:55 am Sgt. John Porter checked and spoke with the operator of a motor vehicle on East Main Street.

10:12 pm A 911 caller reported that a person was injured in a Wood Street parking lot. Three officers responded to investigate.

9:05 pm A resident of Doyle Lane reported that a man ran through her back yard. Officer Peter Booth checked the area with a negative find.

8:35 pm A West Main Street store manager requested an officer for a stalking situation with an employee. Officer Peter Booth responded and took a report.

8:09 pm A motorist reported a possible intoxicated person staggering down the road holding a beer bottle. Officer Peter Booth responded and located the person who fled on foot down Leman Lane. Officers searched the area for the individual but were unable to locate the person.

7:55 pm A caller reported an erratic operator on Wood Street. Officer Peter Booth checked the area with a negative find.

3:22 pm A caller from Old Town Road reported gunshots in the area. Officer Peter Booth responded but was unable to locate anything.

1:24 pm A resident of Brook Hollow Road reported that someone took a picture of her house and when questioned, he gave the name of an insurance company that didn't exist and then fled the scene. Officer David Shane checked the area with a negative find.

1:17 pm An Old Town Road resident reported that there was a red pickup truck that was driving through a dead end property. Officer Gregg DeBoer responded and took a report.

1:25 am Officer Linda Higgins checked a motor vehicle that was parked on Main Street.

1:02 am A motorist reported that he observed a vehicle on 495 speed up, slow down and weave between lanes. Sgt. John Porter responded and subsequently arrested a 57 year old male from Harvard and charged him with Marked Lanes Violation and OUI Liquor, 2nd Offense.

7:20 pm A caller reported that she hit a deer on Cedar Street. Officer Peter Booth responded to take a report.

5:25 pm A caller reported a vehicle on the side of Pond Street with its emergency flashers on. Officer Aaron O'Neil responded and advised that the vehicle's flashers were no off and there was no one around.

4:33 pm Officer Peter Booth spoke with a resident of C Street regarding credit card fraud.

1:34 pm A resident reported a leaning telephone pole on Grove Street. The telephone company was advised for the third time.

1:10 pm A motorist reported that a vehicle was speeding, passing cars and tailgating on South Street. Officer Patrick O'Brien located the vehicle and advised the operator of the complaint.

1:00 pm A student reported that another student's car had its back window smashed out. Officer David Shane view the damage and took a report.

11:25 am The Milford Police Department reported an erratic operator on Hayden Rowe Street. Officer David Shane checked the area but was unable to locate the vehicle.

6:27 am Two officers responded to a 911 call for a motor vehicle accident without personal injury on West Main Street.

4:12 am A resident of First Road reported a strange smell in his neighborhood. He believed that a neighbor may be running a “drug lab”. Two officers responded but did not smell anything strange.

12:25 am A 911 caller reported that a motor vehicle crashed into a tree on Wood Street. Three officers responded and subsequently arrested a 21 year old male from Hopkinton and charged him with Marked Lanes Violation, Negligent Operation of a Motor Vehicle and OUI Liquor.

Thursday, November 15, 2012

4:24 pm A caller reported a speeding vehicle operating at a very high rate of speed on Pond Street. Officer Matthew McNeil checked the area with a negative find on the vehicle.

11:49 am A caller reported that a branch had broke and was hanging over the roadway on East Main Street. Officer Patrick O'Brien responded and advised that it needed immediate attention. The Highway Department was notified.

9:14 am A caller reported that a vehicle went over a barricade, down an embankment and into water on South Street. Another caller stated that the operator got out of his vehicle with the help of other people. Three Officers responded with the Fire Department and a report was taken.

1:11 am A resident of Downey Place reported that he could see a house across the lake with an outside light going on and off. Officer Jacob Campbell checked the area and advised that all was quiet.

1:10 am Sgt. John Porter checked and spoke with the operator of a motor vehicle on West Main Street.

8:21 pm Officer Gregg DeBoer assisted a disabled motor vehicle on Cedar Street.

2:34 pm A caller reported a possible domestic disturbance in a vehicle on Hayden Rowe Street. Officer Thomas Griffin responded and spoke with the operator.

11:54 am Four officers assisted the DPW with a fluid spill on Grove Street.

3:26 am The Milford Police Department reported that they were attempting to stop a vehicle when it crashed at the cemetery on Mayhew Street. Three officers responded and assisted the Milford Police Department who eventually arrested the individual.

2:57 am Officer John Moran assisted the Milford Police Department with a possible break-in on Cedar Street.

2:16 am Officer Jacob Campbell assisted the Holliston Police Department with a commercial break on Cross Street.
